hi I am mani ram Maurya. I bought a voltas window ac online from croma. installation as per site is free. when representative from croma company came for installation, he asked for the money. I spoke with customer care. he told not to worry and registered the complaints. but till now nothing has been actioned nor ac has been installed. it is retreated that ac is to be installed at the place where previous occupant has his window ac. means no massonary etc work is required
On 3rd oct i had taken Xiaomi 11i from bandra west croma store it takes 1 hour 20 min to chargee the phone from 20 percentage till 100 and i had gone for through them tell are not replying and they are not giving replacement also
